everyone! Great week for fans of EDM. Illinois footwork mastermind DJ Rashad is
headlining the after party for Chance The Rapper (and supporting him during his
earlier performance at The Showbox) tonight at The Crocodile. If you haven't
done so yet, do yourself a favor and check out his most recent record, 'Double Cup'. It's
amazing! Other great options include Rustie with Dutty Wilderness at Barboza
(note change from Neumos), and MOTOR XI at Chop Suey on Friday featuring the
one and only Pete Swanson of legendary Portland experimental noise outfit
Yellow Swans, alongside TJ Max, and DJ Slow.

(record release show? Check out
their band new album either way) at Waid's on Friday with Scriptures and
Melbourne's House of Light; and the Brain Fruit, Plankton Wat, Total Life show
at Machine House Brewery on Saturday. Every band on both of these line-ups is
amazing.
